Appointments cancelled with less than 48hrs notice will be charged a fee of half the service.

Failure to follow cancellation policies may result in cancellation fees or forfeited deposits.

Deposits will be applied toward the final cost of the service unless otherwise stated.

Kindred Spirits is not liable for: 

• allergic reactions to products used during services   

• issues resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions   

• services performed outside of our salon or by other providers
